Richard Gabb winner of Aegon Junior Nationals 18U Print E-mail

Richard Gabb is the big winner of the 2010 Aegon British Junior National Championships 18U as he won both singles and doubles titles in Roehampton. The TeamBath MCTA player beat Lewis Burton in the final 6-2, 6-1, 6-1 after a solid performance in a best of five match.

Gabb, seeded No5, defeated No2 seed Ashley Hewitt yesterday in the semifinal, but after teamed up with him to win the doubles title. They beat No1 seeds Lewis Burton and George Morgan 6-2, 6-4.
