Wes Moodie joins MCTA team as Ambassador, Tour journalist and ATP scout Print E-mail

Wes Moodie (together with Jeff Coetzee) one of the worlds top 8 doubles teams in 2008 has joined the MCTA as an ambassador on the ATP Tour.

His role includes writing blogs from tournaments, scouting and encouraging players to look at the MCTA Touring Academy as a fantastic new flexible model for their coaching and training needs.


Wes worked with David Sammel and Jez Green in 2007 before a knee injury curtailed his singles career. Wes really enjoyed the work and says "Dave and Jez are one of the strongest coach/trainer teams in tennis. I have not worked with better guys and now Jez has been 'outed' through his work with Andy (Murray). I'm happy to be associated with the MCTAgroup and contribute to this exciting business to help them grow and find a good young player who can benefit from their expertise. I hope everyone enjoys my blogging"
