Monte Carlo Tennis Academy Physical Conditioner Jez Green is to act as a fitness consultant to Britain’s Andy Murray.

The following press release today appeared on Murray’s official website:

Andy says he’s in no rush to appoint a new coach after splitting with Brad Gilbert, but has moved to add the services of a couple of other guys to help him get ‘fitter and stronger.’

In come fitness experts Matt Little and Jez Green, but a specialist coach is not on the card rights now.

“As for getting a new coach, I am in no hurry. I’m not sure about employing a specialist coach but it’ll definitely be someone I’ve known for a long time. We will have to see.” Andy said.

“Next year is a very important year for me. And it’s vital I stay healthy for the whole season. I’m sure I’ll be fitter and stronger.

“Jez is an English coach who I have known for a long time. He spends five or six months a year in Miami and I will be going there on Sunday to do two weeks of training. He’ll oversee my programme with Matt, who will also do some travelling with me.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
