Well,

After a long 18 hour flight from the UK I am happy to say that we are all here safe and sound in El Paso, a relatively large town on the border between Texas and New Mexico. This is the first stop off in a two month trek around the States culminating in the Orange Bowl in December. The players are relatively fresh and in good spirits after a break from tournament play after coming off a solid 10 days training on the clay of Monte Carlo; hopefully the trend for the trip can be set with some good results here.

Always a tough day after such a long flight, so the training this afternoon was relatively light with everyone feeling out the conditions which will take a bit of getting used too. It is high altitude so obviously the balls are high bouncing and the courts are lightning which should suit our players.

Tomorrow Oscar plays his first match so let’s see if the hard work he put into the training over the past few weeks can pay off.

all the best

Hampo

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
